Two threads of the weekend have great complaints about recent Microsoft AdCenter maintenance, which took place over the weekend.
The complaints have a WebmasterWorld and Microsoft advertising thread.
In short, it seems like the "" maintenance work surprised many advertisers and if the maintenance window completed the reporting and tools was, did not update as fast as advertisers would have wished.
A provider said:
If it 'was planned' Cancel not then why on earth she some its clients about this? I might need to make some significant changes, and I am completely – very very bad ADCENTER!
An other advertisers said:
AdCenter is back up but... I reports 9 hours behind as white, what I spent have so far today (way too much already reported for the period), can not change the standard offers ("AdCenter an error has occurred" message...) and the map for my keywords, I am the top dollar offer to took a nose dive way down the page, and I'm not my commandments to get same position, just double my business suffered too many loses as a result of the delay in reporting is. What else will go wrong, that we have discovered not?
I think Microsoft life and learn from that. I'm not sure whether Microsoft advance maintenance or not sent. I know that this customer complaints are not answered at the moment.
