Today, Google Hungary has a logo for the Hungarian revolution. The logo is an image of the Government offices with the Google logo in the Hungarian flag colors.
The logo links to a search query for [1848-49-it Forradalom és Szabadságharc].
The revolution were held between March 1848 and October 1849.

I would add, the major Chinese search engine, Baidu, a special logo for great wall of consumer rights, has the livelihood of the tree of life. It combines with a blog post.
